Rolling clouds

Rolling clouds
The other night just before going to bed I saw that the sky had turned all black and angry looking. Not because of the coming of night but a massive thunderstorm was creeping in. What else to do than to rush out with camera in hand? The pic is shot just outside of our house.

Contrail

Contrail
Contrails are a pretty weird thing. I was totally surprised to learn that they have quite an effect on how weather fronts form.

In this picture I\’ve tried to capture one of my favorite sounds which is the slow and discrete sound of a propeller plane crossing the sky. A bit like this

Finally!!!
After nearly a month without an internet connection I\’ve finally gained acces to the outside world again.
A lot has happened over the last weeks. My girlfriend and I have moved to the very nothern part of Denmark. Away from Aalborg to Hjoerring. We live about 10 kilometers (that\’s about 6 miles) from the sea, which has an immense effect on the weather and light. Let\’s see if that shows in my photos 🙂
This shot was taken on a trip to the sea on a freezing day. A pretty nice 22 degree halo.
