Dune pattern – diptych

Dune pattern - diptych
Having moved to the nothern part of Denmark I\’m suddenly live very close to the ocean NIKON D50 (70mm, f/4.5, 1/1000 sec, ISO0)
. Without exception I always find it to be cleansing and calming walking an hour or two by the water. One day while walking on the beach near Tversted I spotted these awwesome patterns formed by the wind. Reminds me of part of an old Jimmy Buffett song:

Mother, mother ocean, I have heard you call
Wanted to sail upon your waters since I was three feet tall
You\’ve seen it all, youve seen it all

Drips (diptych)

Drips (diptych)
I\’ve always had a thing about water, and after I\’ve begun taking loads of pictures I find it a nice subject.
The lower of the posted here is a shot of the strangest thing. As I shot it the smaller drops of water actually rolled on top of the other water instead of merging. Strange but beautiful.

Action Band

Action Band
I’m not much into high paced “action” photography, but I’ve decided to give it a try.

This is from a session of trying to capture a plastic band swirling all about in the wind.

I tossed in a some abstractness just to spice things up.
